From a Florida yacht club wedding

Best Wedding Band ever!!!! They were extremely talented and played a variety of songs to ensure the dancing went on all evening, and it did!! Our guests thoroughly loved them and so did we!!!! They played non-stop, no breaks which was unbelievable and kept the party going. Thank you so much for the recommendation. They were perfect.

Booking a band for a yacht club wedding

Bookings go through EastCoast Entertainment, which has an office in West Palm Beach at Clare Avenue, Suite 5, West Palm Beach, FL 33401, (800) 811-4496.

We Got The Beat, a live band of eight from Atlanta, has two lead vocalists and two horns. Its record names two Florida yacht clubs: a wedding review from Epping Forest Yacht Club and a post from Lauderdale Yacht Club.

Two appear in its reviews and posts: Epping Forest Yacht Club in Jacksonville and Lauderdale Yacht Club in Fort Lauderdale.

Yes. Celeste R.’s review names the club and says “Best Wedding Band ever!!!!” It is dated September 2024. The club calls itself Epping Forest Yacht & Country Club, at 1830 Epping Forest Drive, Jacksonville, and has a Weddings & Events page.

The June 2024 post is tagged #floridawedding and #floridaweddings and mentions a send off, though the caption itself doesn’t say wedding. The club says it was founded in 1938 as a traditional private club in Fort Lauderdale, off the Intracoastal Waterway.

Its posts don’t say so. The Lauderdale post says “the send off was on a yacht” and doesn’t say the band was aboard.

Not at Epping Forest, by the review: “They played non-stop, no breaks which was unbelievable and kept the party going.”

Travel is in it. EastCoast Entertainment gives one turn-key price with travel and the band’s basic rider. The band brings its own sound and lighting for up to 500 people in a typical ballroom. Ask the club about staging and electrical service, since those are the client’s, usually through the venue.

The band learns a special request with notice, on top of a list of over 340 songs. It can cue others by MP3.

The band publishes no price list. EastCoast Entertainment quotes one turn-key price once you share the date, the venue and the kind of event, travel and the band’s basic rider included.
