Our venue requires liability insurance. Are you covered?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/i><\/b>Most hotels and special event venues require a minimum of $1,000,000.00 in liability insurance.\u00a0WGTB<\/b>\u00a0has a $2,000,000.00 liability policy in place and is happy to provide your venue with proof of insurance.<\/p>\n

Can we use your sound system for announcements?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

<\/i><\/b>Sure thing! We’re happy to coordinate the announcements with your MC or we can handle them for you.<\/p>\n

 <\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Are there any hidden fees? Travel, stage, equipment?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/i><\/b>Your entertainment provider will provide you with a turn-key price inclusive of travel and our basic rider.\u00a0WGTB<\/b>\u00a0provides ground-supported sound and lighting for up to 500 people in a typical ballroom setting. Staging and electrical service are the client\u2019s responsibility; both can usually be coordinated through your venue.<\/p>\n

What do you wear for formal events?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

Many of today\u2019s song lyrics contain inappropriate content. How do you handle this situation?<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

WGTB<\/b>\u00a0understands that your guests are all ages and would never perform inappropriate lyrics. We only perform FCC-compliant lyric content.<\/p>\n
